International Automobile Council provides International Driving Permit (IDP) application and processing services. We facilitate the application process but are not a government agency. The IDP is an official translation of your domestic driver's license and is valid when accompanied by your original driver's license.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license from your country of residence
- Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
- Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
3. Application Process
The application process involves:
- Completing the online application form with accurate personal information
- Uploading a digital copy of your valid driver's license
- Providing a recent passport-sized photograph
- Making the required payment for processing
- Reviewing and confirming your application details
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are clearly displayed during the application process and include:
- Processing fees for the IDP application
- Shipping and handling (if physical copy is selected)
- Any applicable taxes
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once the application has been processed. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unprocessed applications or in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
6. Limitation of Liability
International Automobile Council is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the IDP. The IDP is not a substitute for a valid driver's license and must be used in conjunction with your original license.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which International Automobile Council operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
