GDPR Cookie Policy
A full list of the cookies and similar technologies we use, what they do, and how to manage them.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Closely related is localStorage — a small key-value store kept by your browser for a site. Both make sites work and remember your preferences. This policy covers both.
2. What we use them for
We currently use only two categories:
- Strictly necessary: required for signed-in features (your account and dashboard) to function. Only set when you sign in.
- Functional: remember your language preference.
We do not currently use any analytics or marketing cookies — see Section 4.

The sb-* prefix stands for the authentication cookie set by our database provider when you sign in; the exact name includes a project identifier and the cookie may be split into numbered parts by the browser.
4. What we don’t set
We currently set no analytics, advertising, social media, or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
5. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, and clear localStorage by clearing your browser’s site data. Signing out of your account removes the authentication cookie. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookie means you will not be able to stay signed in.
6. Do Not Track
Because we set no optional or tracking cookies, there is nothing for a browser-level “Do Not Track” signal to disable — your browsing here is not tracked either way. If we ever introduce optional cookies, we will honour Do Not Track signals by suppressing them.
7. Changes
When our cookie list changes materially, we will update this page and — once consent tooling is in place — re-prompt your consent where required. Smaller changes are reflected here with an updated “Last updated” date. Questions? Email support@internationalautomobilecouncil.com.
